Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided to process the return.
Return Process

Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at walkerzformula4(at)gmail.com with your order number and details about the defective or damaged product. We will arrange for the replacement once your exchange request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original packaging.
- Products purchased more than 14 days from the delivery date.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We do not refund original shipping charges, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
